Christmas is a magical time of year for children and part of that magic has to be Santa. Whether you call him Santa Claus, Father Christmas, St Nic or Santa Christmas (as Master C currently does!) the same magic surrounds the man in red and there’s no doubt that his visit is what most children look forward to most at Christmas.
How Father Christmas “works” might be different in each family, but his arrival whilst children sleep on Christmas Eve is seen as being pure magic and it’s therefore no surprise that children start writing their letters to him months in advance as they are so keen to tell him about what they want and how they’ve been good for their parents for the last 12 months. Certainly the look on a child’s face on Christmas Day morning as they come downstairs and realise that he been and brought them gifts is a wonder to see. But what if you can bring that magic forward a bit? Let your children have a reply to the letters that they’ve sent to Santa? A personalised reply? A personalised letter from Santa? Or even go all modern with a video message from Santa?
That’s exactly what you can get with either a letter or a video from Santa, personalised for your child from Elfi. You simply need to go onto the Elfi website and select the type of message that you would like and enter a few details about your child and then Santa and his elves can get to work and create your video or letter.
Depending on exactly what you want a video message can be with you in just a few hours and can include everything from your child’s name, through to Santa telling the child that their specific address is on his route plan for Christmas Eve and how he knows what gifts they have asked for. To make sure there is absolutely no doubt about which child Santa is bringing a gift for he’ll even include a photo of the child in question so they know that he knows exactly who they are. And being Santa, he of course knows whether or not the children have been well behaved or not over the last year.
If you have two children at home you can even order a joint video featuring both of them. After all, Santa’s one for efficiency. He has to be with that many children to deliver to in one night.
If you’re wondering how the whole thing works then take a look at this video that explains the whole process.
Most children write to Santa the old fashioned way, getting out pen and paper and finding an envelope, so it might be that you decide that Santa should write back to them in the same way. We all know that children love a bit of snail mail too.
If that’s the case then you might want to select a letter from Santa and here you can choose from one of 27 different templates for his letter and these can be tailored to your child accordingly. Not only can you add in the child’s name, but you can also edit the rest of the text as you want to. That means it’s perfect to make their letter from Santa as personalised as you want it to be.
Make the magic even more special for your little ones this Christmas with a bit of extra help from Santa and his Elfi elves. With a letter from Santa costing just £3.99 and a personalised video message £12.99 it’s a small price to pay for that priceless look on your child’s face when they receive their message from Santa.
For readers in the US they might want to know that there is also a version of Elfi in the United States.
