When maps meet stationery – part 2 #StationeryWednesday

07/01/2015

Don’t you just love it when two of your favourite things come together? I got all excited back in November with the vintage map washi tape that I found at Bureau Direct, but now I think the team there must have realised that a love of stationery and maps goes hand in hand as look at what I’ve found now.

Map notepad

This Paperways Handy MemoPad comes with a map of Europe on it and is just the perfect size for keeping handy in the kitchen and writing a shopping list or similar on. There’s a world map version too (although the map is obviously at 90 degrees to the way up you’d normally have the pad – the world map being the shape it is) but I was just drawn to this Europe one, especially as it’s just crying out of you to doodle and colour in countries whilst writing a list.

Oh I do love map things and this has just made the dull job of writing a shopping list so much more exciting!

Disclaimer: I was sent this notepad to review by Bureau Direct. All opinions are my own.

Love this size of this notepad – it’s one of those that I’d have sitting on my little side table so it’s always handy.

Oh that is just adorable! I want to get it, buy myself a European rail pass and turn it into a travel journal.
Not that it takes much to make me want to travel around Europe, but that does the trick. I’d colour in whichever country I was in, draw on my rail routes, and write around them.

Have to admit that I’ve found myself colouring in all the countries I’ve visited on mine whilst waiting on the phone.
