Putting faces to names

15/08/2010

We've arrived home this evening after a wonderful weekend staying with CompostWoman and her family at their small holding in Herefordshire. It was a wonderful opportunity to meet them (and various other HML forum people) and also get to finally see "Compost Mansions" and in particular their wood. Their hospitality was fantastic (definitely a five star establishment) and I've come back feeling very recharged and determined to make things happen here.

Little Miss C loved having new surroundings to look at and different people's faces to study. She seems exhausted now we're home and has gone down this evening far easier than usual. I just have to hope that she stays happy asleep tonight. Fingers crossed.

The only annoying thing about the whole weekend is that I was so caught up in meeting people, talking to them and exploring, that it was only when I got home that I realised that the only photos I managed to take in the entire weekend were of LMC! Maybe that's just what happens once you're a mum.

It was a real delight to have you all here at Compost Mansions as well.
I hope you will come again?
    And LMC is adorable!
