Tired and weary…

It's amazing how tired and weary you can feel after a day in which I struggle to list what I have actually achieved. This is so different though to the tiredness that I used to feel after a day at work. More emotionally and physically draining, but at the same time satisfying. Be kind to yourself because little Miss C depends on you. Every time that you curl up with her on the sofa or sleep when she sleeps or make yourself drink a whole cup of tea you are looking after both of you.

Ah Mrs C it does get easier / less tiring….I promise…
Get some rest when she does. Disconnect the adult idea that sleep is for night time. Sleep is for when you are tired and there is a slot available! So grab it while you can, the housework can wait,
