Want To Get Flawless Skin? Click Here To Unveil The K-beauty Secrets

26/07/2021

“I regret taking proper care of my skin.” – Said No One Ever.

Skincare is as essential as taking care of your body and health. It is like a therapy that helps protect the skin from pollution, UV rays, postpones the aging process as well as reduces stress. In simple terms, it offers flawless and glowing skin.

However, getting flawless skin is easier said than done. Fortunately, the k-beauty industry (Korean beauty industry) has cracked the code of young and glass skin. Perhaps, that’s why Korean skincare products are always on the top of the beauty list.

But is using Korean beauty products enough to get the skin of your dreams? No!

This industry is filled with several beauty secrets that help improve the skin’s overall texture and give a sheeny glow (or, as they call it, “mul-gwang”). Therefore, you need to learn about these k-beauty secrets to get the best results.

So, what’s the wait? Scroll down to unveil these secrets!

  • Deep Cleansing Before Applying Makeup

The first secret of good-looking skin is to do deep cleansing. It helps in removing all the dirt, impurities, and excess oil from the pores. Thus, it helps in reducing dark spots, breakouts, and premature aging.

Now, the question is, why before applying makeup?

Well, the reason is that when the skin is thoroughly cleansed, the makeup application process becomes easier. Moreover, the overall look also comes out more glowing and radiating.

For deep cleansing:

  • Start with a cleansing tissue to remove the dirt from the skin. Just be careful around the eyes.
  • Take some oil-based cleanser and gently massage it into the skin. It’ll help remove the oil-based impurities. After massaging for a few minutes, rinse well.
  • Finally, use the cleaning foam to remove water-based impurities. Also, pat dry with a cotton towel and do not rub.
  • Protection Against Sun And Pollution

Facial skin is more sensitive to sun rays and pollution. That’s why it leads to blemishes such as acne scars, hyperpigmentation, whiteheads, age spots, etc. To protect your skin from blemishes, you must apply sunscreen every time you go out. Besides that, you should use hats, umbrellas, or scarves to protect the skin from direct sunlight.

In addition to this, you can try using pimple patches for blemishes. It’ll help protect the damage to the skin from pollution, thus ensuring faster recovery. Also, Koreans generally use products that include rice extracts, licorice, and vitamin C. These ingredients suit their skin type, thus promoting healthy-looking skin.

  • Adding Face Oil Into The Foundation

Another secret beauty trick is to use face oil with foundation. The reason behind this hack is that face oil helps in the smoother application of foundation as well as keeps the skin hydrated. It gives a more natural and sheeny glow to the face. Besides, healthy and hydrated skin helps remove toxins and maintain skin elasticity.

In case you have oily skin, you can skip this step. However, you need to use other hydration methods to rejuvenate your skin, such as drinking enough water and eating more fruits. On the other hand, it is a great hack for dry skin. If you don’t have face oil, try using the serum for the same results.

  • Investing In A Good Skin Care Routine

Healthy and flawless skin is a combination of three things- a healthy lifestyle, regular skincare, and proper sleep. Needless to say, for regular skincare, you need to invest in good Korean Skin Care products. These products include effective ingredients combined with innovative technology. Thus, using these products will surely improve your skincare game.

Even so, you must include exfoliation, toning, sleeping packs, eye gel, and essence in your routine. Believe it or not, but following a proper routine will be worth your time, money, and skin.

  • Go With Lightweight Or “No-makeup” Makeup Look

There is no secret that applying heavy makeup is bad for the skin. A heavy coating of makeup clogs the pores, thus making it difficult for the skin to breathe. Moreover, it can lead to wrinkles, acne, fine lines, and blackheads. Therefore, you should try lightweight makeup or a “no-makeup” makeup look.

It’ll help make your skin more dewy. That means you’ll look more youthful and help the skin breathe. For the lightweight makeup look, you can use primer and BB cream. Besides that, apply just a little bit of lip and cheek tint to give a fresh look.

This is especially good for oily skin. Lightweight makeup will stay on the skin and make the skin look matte.

  • Always Pat The Product

Most people make the mistake of rubbing the product into the skin. However, that is not the right technique to use any of the skincare products. Instead of rubbing, gently patting the product will provide much better results. It is more gentle on the skin and increases the absorption of products and ingredients, leaving you with a luminous skin.

Along with this, it also improves the blood flow of the skin, providing a natural glow to the skin. Also, while patting the product, go in the upward direction. It’ll help in improving the elasticity of the skin.

  • Using Sheet Masks Often

Last but not least, if you feel a bit lazy to follow a whole 7 or 10 step skincare regimen, you can use sheet masks instead. It’ll help hydrate the skin, cleanse the pores and remove the impurities. It is the quickest and easiest way to get smooth-looking and radiant skin.

However, before you use the sheet, keep it in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes. It’ll provide you far better results.

Wrapping it up!

Getting flawless skin is a desire of almost every woman. However, to make this desire a reality, you need to pay attention to the skincare routine you follow. Nonetheless, with the k-beauty secrets mentioned above, it is going to be very easy for you.

Just remember, always invest in good products, and protect your skin from the sun and pollution. And don’t forget to eat nourishing food and get proper sleep for the best results.
