The presence of various antioxidants like Apigenin in chamomile tea helps decrease anxiety and improve sleep quality. Similarly, different types of herbal tea have different contents of antioxidants and nutrients, which helps to improve the health of both mind and body through improved relaxation.

Dark Chocolate

Magnesium present in dark chocolate helps to reduce the chances of depression, and also acts as a supplement in the diet. Improved memory, reduced risks of heart problems, and cancer are among the few other benefits of dark chocolate.

Avocado

Avocado consists of various vitamins, which help regulate the release of various hormones such as serotonin, influencing the mood. Moreover, in addition to B vitamins that are crucial for relieving anxiety, Vitamin E in avocados helps to maintain good vision and healthy skin. The presence of unsaturated fat and potassium improves blood pressure.

Mushroom

Helps to reduce depression and other psychological issues. Components like psilocybin and Psilocin present in certain mushroom varieties help induce a hallucinogen effect, which helps calm the nerves. It is important to take these as per medication to help with the cause in the right way.

Various types of mushrooms are safe for consumption. Some of which include white button mushrooms, portobello mushrooms, shiitake mushrooms, oyster mushrooms, shrooms, etc. You can consume these mushrooms in various ways and put them as toppings in your favorite dish. Cook some delicious pure mushroom-based dishes. There are tons of delicious recipes you can find on the internet. You can also opt for mushroom edibles, such as shroom edibles. They are tasty without compromising on the health benefits.
