There's so much I could say about BritMums Live that it could fill several blog posts. So as not to bore you all senseless – here's the A to Z of my BritMums Live! 2013.
A is for All Bar One
That for me is where my BritMums adventure began. A chance to put faces to twitter handles whilst getting some dutch courage before heading to the venue.
B is for Bigjigs
My lovely sponsors for the conference and the people who provided me with my very bright t-shirt which certainly helped break the ice with people on day 1. Thank you.
Apparently this is what I was drinking at one point on the Friday. I blame the lure of Baileys and those crafty people at Vitamix!
D is for Discipline
What I think I need to have if I'm going to fit everything in my life that I want to do after this conference.
E is for Epic
If I had to find one word to sum up the two days this would have to be it.
F is for Fun Friends
Both old and new. I genuinely laughed until I ached on Friday evening and it was thanks to this wonderful lot.
G is for Glamour
Quite how Susanna and Jen managed to look so glamorous whilst also running a huge event like BritMums is completely beyond me, but boy did they manage it!
Or more accurately Team Honk, award winners and they so deserved it.
I is for Inspiration
Never have I met so many inspirational women (and men) in the one room.
J is for Jugs
The change that a certain someone threatened to make with a sharpie to my t-shirt.
K is for Kirstie, Katie and Katy
Kirstie Allsopp, Katie Piper and Katy Hill. Three celebrity speakers who were the most down to earth and lovely people I've ever met.
L is for Love
And in particular the love shown for the two people who were noticibly not with us – Kerry from Multiple Mummy and Matilda Mae.
M is for Mooncups
Maybe you just had to be there…
Which I seemed to spend ages talking to the Fox's Biscuit people about.
O is for Opportunities
Opportunities that you probably wouldn't have if it weren't for blogging, and once again even more unexpected ones presented themselves in the two days I was there.
P is for Passion
Every single person I spoke to had so much passion about something they wrote about on their blog. No wonder they're all so motivated.
Q is for Quiet
Something I actually craved by the time I got home.
R is for Returning
Exactly what I will be doing next year. My BritMums Live 2014 ticket is already booked!
S is for Sauna
Which is what my hotel room felt like on Friday night.
T is for Tears
Of both laughter and sadness.
U is for Unquestioning
I just loved the way that everyone there just accepted everyone else they met without questioning anything about them. That's just the way life should be.
V is for Variety
Not only in the conference agenda, but also the conversations I had with people.
W is for Wine Handbag
Can you get any more genius than this? And of course Mummy Barrow was responsible for it.
X is for X marks the spot
On the many maps to get me from the Brewery to hotel to dinner venue and back again.
Y is for Yikes
A polite version of what I said when I found out the bar prices in the Hoxton!
Z is for Zzzzzzzzzzzz
After two manic days this is exactly what I had to do after getting home. I'm definitely of the age where I want my own bed at the end of the day.

Heheh nice way to sum it up. As always I feel like I didn’t have enough time to chat properly with you! Let’s do it all again ๐
Mrs C says

Pinkoddy says
This is possibly the most amazing summary I have read so far – how very clever of you.
Oh and lookie there’s me.
Was so very great to meet you. x

I love this post! Hadn’t realized about the 3 K’s and thanks for saying I looked glamorous. No one EVER says that about me.

The pair of you were stunning. Honestly, if Id been as busy as you were I would have turned up with hair scraped back and in a comfy tracksuit!

Carie says
There was cabbage in the cocktails?! I had no idea, I thought it was cucumber. I’m totally counting that as one of my five a day. Thank you for a wonderful A-Z, you’ve captured the essence of BritMums, and I can’t wait to do it all over again next year.

Sounds like lots of fun ๐

Cant believe I didnt comment on this at the time! *slaps own wrists*
Great round up.
And I think my wine hand bag needs to appear at every blogger gathering.
Mrs C says
It definitely does!
