The Gallery: Colour

21/03/2012

ColourfulCroc

Somehow I've only just discovered The Gallery, but now I have I'm obsessed with it. This week's theme is colour and as soon as I saw that I just knew which photograph I had to include.

Meet our colourful crocodile. Drawn by me, coloured by me but artistic direction by Little Miss C. She chose all the colours and also decided that he was to have stripes. I'm not arguing with a toddler's imagination.

Please head over to Sticky Fingers' blog to see all this week's other entries on the colour theme.

Can’t knock the kid’s imagination!!! It’s amazing what my son can interpret from the scribbles he draws!

Little Miss C has only just started drawing things and then telling me what they were. Yesterday we had a small man supposedly complete with head, arms and legs. Couldnt see it myself mind…

Kids imaginations amaze me every day! Little Miss C seems to have just realised that you can actually draw things so we get lots of requests. Rubbish artists like myself prefer to trace and colour in though…

Love it! Will have to introduce your colourful croc to our remarkably similar colourful alligator which is on Tom’s wall…!!

After I drew it I was just going to colour it in green when a certain someone started shouting no, stripes!
