There's no doubt that autumn is now well and truly here. The temperature has dropped and I've certainly felt that I've needed a scarf and gloves when I've been outside. A ten minute wait at a bus stop the other night even had me wishing for a woolly hat to keep my head warm. To me autumn is that time of year stop and focus on myself for a little bit. Is it totally wrong of me to say that I've got to the stage of the year where I'm actually starting to get a teeny bit excited about autumn coming around again? I guess I like every season really, but I also always seems to feel ready for the next one to roll around and there's something about autumn that I really enjoy. Walks in the crisp air. Autumn Inspired Venetian Mask
I've blogged many times now about how much I love my WI group here in St Albans. I look forward to our monthly meetings and really enjoy having that couple of hours to concentrate on something completely different - and often to try my hand at something new in the process. Autumn Crafts: Easy autumn leaf wreath
This has to be one of the quickest and easiest bits of craft ever to make an attractive, simple, autumn wreath which would look lovely either on a front door, or just hung as a wall decoration.
